Delivery InformationWhen you have taken the decision to place an order with us, of course you will then be eagerly awaiting its arrival.We will always aim to process and post your order on the day the order is placed, however we cannot guarantee this.You should expect your order within 4 days of us receiving it,but again this cannot be guaranteed especially at busy times.All Uk orders will be sent by First or Second Class Post.(Depending on Size and Weight). We would ask that you wait 7 days before contacting us if you have not received your order as it may well take this long to arrive in some cirumstances. If when you receive your parcel you are not happy with any of the items please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems. You are welcome to return any or all of your items with no questions asked, provided they are in a resaleable condition and that the fabric has not been cut, within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
